From brewing and distribution to culture and community impact, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the systems, teams, and leadership that power one of Delaware’s most iconic brands. We’re grateful to Dogfish Head for serving as host site for this Sussex County cohort and for opening their doors to our leaders.

Your 302 Day support helped us hit a MAJOR high note. Alongside our pals at 302 Horseshoe Crab, we were able to collectively donate over $19,000 for Delaware State Parks to keep their Summer Concert Series rocking all summer long.
