CMO Chad Waetzig kicked off our Brand Insider: Retail summit this morning, sharing their “Feel More” campaign that tapped into nostalgia to drive sales and loyalty. Things like: ➕ Dug into qualitative research to see what customers actually want from the gym ➕ Partnered with Hype Williams and Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It” to power the creative ➕ Translated feel-good emotions into retention that keeps members coming back ➕ Used organic social as an engagement tool for their members All this drove an 8% lift in revenue and a 2% lift in members.
