Chick-fil-A Supply Truck Rodeos are underway across the network, with additional Distribution Centers (DCs) set to host their own competitions in the coming months. Each rodeo gives Drivers an opportunity to showcase their mastery and to sharpen the skills they rely on every day, pushing each other to continue raising the bar for safety and excellence with every delivery. Drivers are stepping into the competition yard to put their precision, control, and safety awareness to the test, navigating tight maneuvers, controlled stops, and focused decision-making that defines safe driving on every route. The rodeos truly came alive through the teammates and families who lined the course to cheer on every run, turning a day built around competition into a celebration. Kids even got their own moment behind the wheel of mini Chick-fil-A Supply trucks, creating smiles and memories for the next generation of future Drivers. With several rodeos in the books, winners are beginning to emerge across the network. Congratulations to the Drivers who have already punched their ticket to the 2nd Annual Chicken Truck Rodeo Showdown: Blane Allen — Cartersville DC Andy Troisi — Charlotte DC Justin Craven — Mebane DC Thomas Shelton — Nashville DC Justin will look to defend his title as the network-wide champion against Chick-fil-A Supply’s best at the 2nd Annual Chicken Truck Rodeo Showdown, hosted at his home DC in Mebane later this year. DC winners also earn the opportunity to represent Chick-fil-A Supply at their State Truck Rodeo competition.

Across 13 Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Centers, we seek to carry forward the values S. Truett Cathy instilled from the very beginning by serving our Team Members and Operators with care, safety, and excellence every day.
This week, Chick-fil-A celebrates one of our most cherished traditions: Founder’s Week. It is a special time for Owner-Operators, Staff, and Alumni to come together to honor the life and legacy of our founder, S. Truett Cathy. Founder’s Week is celebrated annually around the anniversary of the opening of the Dwarf Grill, Truett’s first restaurant (now known as the Dwarf House), in 1946. This year will be the 12th annual Founder’s Week, centered on Truett’s legacy and his commitment to growing a good name. Throughout the week, the Chick-fil-A Support Center will host a variety of activities dedicated to service, connection, and the principles Truett instilled in this company.

Last week, Chick-fil-A Supply® hosted an Operator Town Hall and tour of the Cincinnati Distribution Center (DC), located in Elsmere, Kentucky. Area Chick-fil-A® Restaurant Owner-Operators, community leaders, and DC Team Members gathered at the facility for a ribbon cutting and firsthand look ahead of the DC's upcoming opening. The Cincinnati DC is preparing to serve more than 155 Chick-fil-A Restaurants across the region each day, with a team of 90+ Team Members and a fleet of 30+ trucks. It is the 13th Distribution Center in the Chick-fil-A Supply network. In line with Chick-fil-A's commitment to fighting hunger and food insecurity, and to celebrate the DC's opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. presented a $25,000 donation to Freestore Foodbank, supporting hunger relief efforts across the Greater Cincinnati community. During the Town Hall, Owner-Operator Doug Pugh shared his experience partnering with Chick-fil-A Supply. "It's a relationship, not a transaction. We feel it from the Drivers to everyone we interact with," said Pugh, who operates a Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Canton, Ohio.

On April 18, the Salt Lake City Distribution Center (DC) welcomed Team Members and their families for a grand opening celebration. The first Chick-fil-A Supply location in Utah, the Salt Lake City DC will serve more than 60 Chick-fil-A Restaurants daily across the region. The day brought everyone together for food, fun, and live music, with The Rock Music from The Rock Church in Salt Lake City setting the tone. From face painting and balloon artists to a bounce house obstacle course and more, the event honored the team and the purpose behind this new operation. "Before we opened our doors here, teams across our network made sure we were ready, sharing their experience, their lessons, and their time," said Josh Trammell, General Manager of the Salt Lake City DC. "This weekend, our Team Members and their families came together to celebrate the start of something built on that foundation."

Some moments are too important not to celebrate. When the Charlotte Distribution Center (DC) had seven expectant parents on its team, they found a way to celebrate the moment. Jacqui, Talent Leader at the Charlotte DC, shared, "Those little things that make people realize how much we do care about them and they are our family."

When Jay became a Class A driver in 2000, he was a newly married dad looking for a future for his family. Three years ago, he joined Chick-fil-A Supply’s Nashville Distribution Center (DC), where he found what he was pursuing, along with a clean environment, strong values, and a genuine focus on helping people grow. “The focus is about serving people and helping them be a better version of themselves,” Jay said. “Letting them discover who they can really be. That kind of hope is what you hope for your son or daughter. You always want them to be better and have better than you.” As Jay settled into his role, one person kept coming to mind: his daughter, Lindsey. He saw her work ethic, how much she liked to be active and hands-on, and thought, "She could really do something here." Lindsey wasn’t so sure. “I’d never touched a piece of equipment in my life,” she said. “Never seen the inside of a warehouse.” But every time Jay talked about work, “you could see his eyes light up,” and he kept telling her, I really think this is something you can do and thrive in. It’s hands-on. This is your environment. Trusting in her dad’s wisdom, Lindsey joined the Nashville DC as a Warehouse Team Member. What she found was more support and care than she expected. “It’s so much better than I ever thought it could be,” she shared. “Almost immediately, they took me into the group and made me feel welcome. They told me, ‘Don’t sit by yourself.’ They made it really easy for me to come out of my shell and be myself.” Today, father and daughter work side by side at the Nashville DC, one behind the wheel, one in the warehouse, sharing the same mission. For Lindsey, the camaraderie makes the work fun. For Jay, seeing his daughter thrive in a place that invests in her future is even more than he hoped for all those years ago.

In the Dallas Distribution Center (DC), a culture of care continues to take shape. "When the Dallas DC opened, there were two clear priorities: invest in each other and in the community," said Trea Northern, General Manager of the Dallas DC. Last month, For Oak Cliff was named the recipient of a 2026 True Inspiration Award, along with $200,000 from Chick-fil-A Supply to support their work across the South Oak Cliff community in Dallas, TX. Their impact is both personal and measurable, reaching thousands of neighbors through programs that support families and create opportunities for students. Taylor Toynes, CEO, and Xavier Henderson, Chief Strategy Officer, were on site to accept the award on behalf of For Oak Cliff. "We're grateful for this investment. It allows us to strengthen our programs and continue being a beacon of hope for the Oak Cliff community," said Toynes. This support will help expand access to programs, create new opportunities for families, and strengthen the foundation for continued growth in South Oak Cliff.

A celebration before the first delivery. On March 5, the Salt Lake City Distribution Center (DC) Operator Town Hall began with an energetic welcome. Team Members lined the floor, waving pom-poms to greet guests arriving for a tour ahead of the facility's official opening. Set against the snow-capped Wasatch Mountains, the Salt Lake City DC will soon serve more than 60 Chick-fil-A Restaurants each day with a team of 70+ Team Members and a fleet of 17+ trucks. In the spirit of the occasion, Chick-fil-A Supply Salt Lake City presented a $25,000 donation to the Utah Food Bank, supporting their ongoing work to fight hunger and serve families across the community. During the Town Hall, Owner-Operator Merrit Brady shared his experience with Chick-fil-A Supply. “Chick-fil-A Supply has given us a level of trust and confidence that we’re all pulling in the same direction. I know they have my back. I feel like a true partner,” said Merrit Brady, Owner-Operator, Watertown FSU. The Salt Lake City DC will begin serving area Chick-fil-A Restaurants in April 2026.
