CCMC is proud to serve as the exclusive HOA Management Partner for Ladies in Land Inc, a national network dedicated to educating, connecting, and elevating women in land and real estate development. This partnership reflects a shared belief: meaningful education makes the industry stronger. Under the leadership of Erica Sinner, Ladies in Land Inc is building a platform that intentionally brings forward the topics development professionals need to understand — not just to grow their careers, but to shape stronger, more connected communities. At CCMC, we’re honored to contribute our community management expertise to that mission. Together, we’re creating educational content that helps developers think earlier about HOA strategy, budgets, amenities, operations, resident experience, and long-term community success. We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful to support a network that is helping build the next generation of industry leaders. More to come soon! Super ⭐️ Saturday
This week, we brought our Community Success leadership team together in Scottsdale for three days focused on connection, learning, and forward-thinking strategy. We spent time discussing how to better support board members from recruitment through terms, assessed the current market conditions, looked at broader approaches to budgeting, and had meaningful conversations about how we can support our teams in managing workplace stress. What stood out most, though, wasn’t just the work; it was the time spent together. The conversations, the shared perspective, and the opportunity to strengthen relationships across our leadership team are what truly make an impact. I’m leaving the week feeling energized and incredibly proud of the leaders who are guiding and supporting our on-site teams across the country every day.

Today was a great day for golf! ⛳️ We had an awesome time at the CAI Nevada Chapter Annual Golf Tournament. The weather was perfect! Special thanks to Holbrook for inviting my team out today. And extra special thanks to Kenny Ellis for being my golf partner. I had a blast! I always enjoy these events, especially when they’re on home turf. #CAINevada #GolfTournament #CommunityAssociations #ccmc #nowthisfeelslikehome #community

Last month I hosted my first-ever golf tournament! It honestly haunted me for a year, but I was excited to finally take on the challenge. Definitely the most anxious I’ve been about something in a long time, but seeing our Wildridge golf pros have such a great time made it all worth it—despite the weather (torrential downpour and freezing temps) being my biggest op of the day! Already looking forward to next year. ⛳

Spring Bash Recap 🌸🐣 Last week, we hosted our Spring Bash—and despite the weather, it turned out to be such a fun and high-energy day for our community. We made the call to move everything indoors, which meant adjusting quickly and reworking the setup, but seeing families show up, kids fully engaged, and the space come to life made it all worth it. From multiple egg hunts to games, music, and everything in between, it was one of those events that reminds you why flexibility matters just as much as planning. Grateful for the team and support that helped bring it all together—and proud of how it turned out!

🐰 Bunny Bash at The Groves 🐣✨ Our biggest Bunny Bash yet, and it was egg-stra special! 🥚💛 With four egg hunts and over 20,000 eggs, the day was packed with nonstop fun, smiles, and springtime excitement. This egg-citing event wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing community support—from Atascocita High School NHS helping fill eggs to Faith International Tabernacle and Cub Scout Pack 128 hopping in to hide them, along with our wonderful partners Kiddie Academy and LMC Embark. Plus, plenty of picture-perfect moments with our favorite bunny made the day even sweeter! 📸🐇 A hoppy day filled with joy, laughter, and a whole lot of egg-hunting fun!
