For a repeat borrower in Cumming, GA, we funded a $20.0MM All-in-One Loan supporting the development of 28 lots and Phase 1 vertical construction for 20 single family homes. The project was up against a hard PSA deadline with no extension available from the seller. Our teams moved quickly to satisfy conditions, coordinate approvals, and close right on time.
