I always say the best thing about Boll & Branch is the team. Moments like this are exactly why. Our Helping from Home initiative exists for one reason: to bring the comfort of home to people who need it most. The centerpiece of the program is our Sleeper, an all-in-one quilted sleep mat built to full Boll & Branch quality, made entirely to be donated. We've supported hurricane survivors, cancer patients, families in transitional housing, and returning veterans. This one went to active U.S. service members through the American Red Cross New Jersey region. We just heard back from the Red Cross. At 6:30 a.m., a call came in for service members heading out on a last-minute movement. Sleepers were in the hands of unit leaders within the hour. The feedback: "They love them." That story exists because a few people on our team saw an opportunity to do something good and just made it happen. No fanfare. No ask. That's who they are. Small comforts. Real impact. Titled “Hospitality as Your Competitive Edge,” the event featured a live Q&A with Endear co-founder, Leigh Sevin. With representatives of 15 brands in attendance, Anna shared insights into Boll & Branch’s hospitality-first mindset, and how our philosophy of providing unreasonable hospitality to every customer has shaped our business and internal team culture.
