Arktura is a Los Angeles based design and manufacturing company, created by architects. The focus of our company stems from our belief that great design cannot be executed without a close integration with the process of manufacture. We focus closely on the integration of design, with the development of new and novel manufacturing technologies, which allows design and manufacture to take on new synergies. Our designers are set free to explore new forms and use materials unseen in the industry, while maintaining focus on Green practices and sustainability. We are focused on cultivating the talent of both emerging and established designers trained in a diverse array of fields, from architecture to automotive design, to deliver extraordinary pieces that set new standards for creativity and innovation.

With Mother's Day coming this Sunday, our president Amy Hahne, MBA shares an important reminder: Motherhood is never the reason a project fails. Poor planning is. Blaming a missed deadline on a colleague's maternity leave isn't a staffing problem, it's a leadership one. Companies have months to prepare for these transitions and women deserve to work somewhere that's ready for them to have families, not somewhere that makes them the scapegoat for its own problems. Here, we believe mothers are some of the strongest leaders in the room. The discipline, the adaptability, the ability to hold ten things at once without dropping any of them, that doesn't disappear on maternity leave. It comes back sharper.
