This #EarthDay, American Real Estate Partners (AREP) is proud to highlight how PowerHouse Data Centers is advancing sustainable infrastructure across its portfolio. PowerHouse Reno is on track to pursue three Green Globes certifications along with Journey to Net Zero, making it the first data center project in the United States to pursue both simultaneously. The project sets a new benchmark for high-performance, energy-conscious design in the digital infrastructure sector. Along with that, PowerHouse Arcola is being developed to achieve LEED Certification, with the potential to reach LEED Silver or Gold depending on the final end-user design. Across the PowerHouse portfolio, every facility is designed with sustainability at its core, targeting up to two Green Globes and pursuing Journey to Net Zero as a baseline standard.
