STACK celebrated its first topping out at our Stafford Technology Campus (STC) in Stafford County, Virginia, alongside local leaders, partners, and the teams who continue to help bring this project to life. Thank you to everyone who joined us to recognize this milestone, including Dr. Pamela Yeung, Garrisonville District Supervisor, and Doug Meadows, Vice President, Base Building Operations with EE Reed. The campus will generate tens of millions of dollars in annual tax revenue, support public services, create lasting jobs in the community, and contribute important local infrastructure improvements, including water and sewer upgrades that support long-term regional growth. In addition to these long-term benefits, the project has supported more than 1,000 construction roles and, once operational, will support hundreds of permanent jobs. At STACK, we are committed to responsible development that creates long-term value for the communities where we build. At STC, that includes collaboration with local stakeholders, responsible siting, sustainability-focused infrastructure, efficient water use through a reclaimed water system, and strong environmental and operational standards designed to minimize community impact throughout the life of the campus. In just over a year, teams have logged 425,000+ hours, moved 3M cubic yards of earth, and built 4,000 feet of retaining walls. At full build, STC will deliver over 1GW of capacity across 19 data centers on 500 acres, representing the largest project investment in Stafford County’s history. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. #STACKInfra #DigitalInfrastructure #DataCenters #Community #Virginia

Yesterday, we were proud to officially open the new pedestrian bridge in Vellezzo Bellini, Milan, marking an important step in improving local connectivity and safety. The ribbon‑cutting ceremony brought together local authorities, community representatives, and project partners who all played a role in making this initiative a reality. Situated close to our MIL04 data center campus, this bridge is a tangible example of how we aim to operate at STACK: building digital infrastructure that integrates thoughtfully into its surroundings, delivering lasting value for the communities where we operate. From sustainable campus design to education, skills development, and local partnerships, we remain committed to listening, collaborating, and growing together in the Milan region. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this community-focused project a reality. #CommunityImpact #LocalPartnerships #InfrastructureWithPurpose
