  • AllenComm has been named to Training Industry's 2026 Top Learning Services Companies list. 40+ years. Hundreds of enterprise partnerships. Learning programs that move the needle on real business outcomes. We know choosing a learning services partner isn't a decision teams make lightly. The wrong fit costs time, budget, and credibility. The right one becomes an extension of your team. We don't take that responsibility lightly. This recognition is a reflection of the clients who trust us, the problems we've solved together, and the team that shows up to do that work every day. If you're building or rethinking your training function in 2026, we'd love to connect. #AllenComm #TrainingIndustry #LearningAndDevelopment #CorporateTraining #eLearning

  • Replacing workers instead of reskilling them might be the most expensive mistake your organization makes this year. In a recent podcast episode, our guest made a point that stuck: if 70% of skills match a future role and the employee brings deep institutional knowledge, why would you let that walk out the door? The answer is skills adjacency. It is not about who has every skill today. It is about who is close enough to grow into what is needed tomorrow. This is especially critical as talent shortages make outside hiring harder and more expensive than ever. Get the full breakdown on upskilling vs. reskilling and how to know which one your workforce needs right now in our latest post, https://lnkd.in/gzzA9kTf #LearningAndDevelopment #Upskilling #Reskilling #WorkforceDevelopment #CorporateTraining

  • Most training requests aren't actually training problems. Before your team builds a single slide, ask three questions: What's the current behavior? What's the desired behavior? What's the measurable gap between them? If you can't answer all three with specifics then you're not ready to prescribe a solution yet. That's exactly what a performance consultant does. They slow down before the build, interviewing stakeholders, analyzing root causes, and mapping the gap between where people are and where they need to be. Performance consultants are what separates training that moves metrics from training that just moves people through slides. Save this infographic for your next stakeholder conversation. • Generic training doesn't close complex skill gaps. It just checks a box. The difference between upskilling and reskilling is bigger than most L&D teams realize, and the approach to each has to be just as different. Upskilling means building on what someone already knows, with simulations calibrated to their actual role and tools. Reskilling means supporting a full professional identity shift, scenario-based learning, spaced repetition, branching decisions that reflect the real complexity of the target role. One size does not fit both. We broke down exactly what effective custom eLearning looks like for each, plus the 5 most common mistakes organizations make when designing these programs (mistake #5 is the one teams almost always overlook). The infographic alone is worth a bookmark. • Most compliance programs aren't failing because of what they include, they're failing because of what they're missing. A checklist of annual modules isn't a compliance program. It's a liability. The organizations that actually reduce risk build five distinct layers of training, each mapped to a specific audience, format, and regulatory exposure. Most have two or three. High-performing programs have all five. Which layers is your program missing? We mapped the full framework so you can find your gaps fast. → Read the full breakdown on the AllenComm blog: https://lnkd.in/gFp54cmm #ComplianceTraining #LearningAndDevelopment #eLearning #CorporateTraining #L&D #HRLeaders #CustomLearning

  • Only 12% of employees say their company onboards well. The gap isn't effort. It's measurement. Does your new hire know what "productive" looks like at 30 days? Does their manager? Do you? We broke down the full framework -- the 5 C's, the KPIs that matter, and a step-by-step measurement approach -- in our latest blog post. • New hire walks in on day one. Or logs in. Either way, your onboarding program is supposed to work for both. Does it? Most companies treat hybrid onboarding as a logistics problem. Get the laptop shipped. Schedule the Zoom calls. Check the boxes. But equipping new hires is not the same as preparing them. The organizations seeing the strongest retention and ramp-up times are tracking a specific set of KPIs -- and more importantly, they are breaking those numbers down by work location. See the 7 metrics worth tracking in the infographic below.👇 And if you want to go deeper, we broke down what a high-performing hybrid onboarding program actually looks like in practice.
