Last week saw the #groundbreaking for the Florida Department of Corrections Lake Correctional Institution modernization project with HOK... this is a very exciting endeavor that will consist of three (3) secured housing units, a front support building, a gate house with visitation, a Central Energy Plant (CEP) and Wastewater Treatment expansion.

This project will expand the existing Town of Mount Pleasant, SC Mugsy Kerr Tennis Complex with the addition of four new hard courts, two clay courts, more restroom facilities, and ADA improvements. The facility is named after Mugsy Kerr, a former Mount Pleasant councilmember who shares an immense amount of passion and support for the town's recreation department and tennis programs. #ICYMI - The Pasco County Government Fire Station #1 team had their #toppingout a few weeks ago celebrating the project's milestone and the hardworking subs & vendors that got them there! And speaking of their hardworking subs, A-PLUS ROOFING OF KEY WEST, INC. earned the May #Safety360 luncheon.

Last week marked a major milestone for Gainesville Police Department's new Property and Evidence building as the team broke ground on the project that is set to be completed in the summer of 2027. We are grateful to be working for the City of Gainesville in collaboration with Ajax Building Company, DLR Group and Monarch Design Group to support our community's public safety through this important project.
