We shipped the first proactive agent for Slack that you can tune to your preferences. Other Slack agents decide for you. Adapt listens and responds how and when you want it to. Here's how it works: → Tag Adapt in a Slack channel and give it instructions on how and when you want it to engage → Dial Adapt's proactivity up or down at any time in natural language → Trigger workflows (bug triage, code reviews) based on the contents of the channel We're finding a ton of use cases for this internally: - When new bug reports land in the BUGS channel, Adapt runs a triage workflow and opens a Linear issue or pull request. - When new conversations happen in our ENG channel, Adapt jumps in with ideas across threads and replies, like it's a member of the team. - When end-of-month receipts are due in our FINANCE channel, Adapt starts nudging people after 48 hours to get their receipts in. (It starts roasting people after about 72 hours 👏) What will *you* do with it? Share a use case idea in the comments for an extra $100 in credits when you sign up with your work email. 🚀

We taught an Agent when to jump into a conversation! First off, I recently joined Adapt.com! We're building general AI agents for knowledge work. Their approach to building integrations for agents is different from MCP, really intrigued me to join. One of the first limitations of Adapt, and nearly all Agents out there, is that agents are reactive. They only respond when being tagged or explicitly triggered. People take in information in real time and decide when to hop into a conversation. Agents should have that level of intelligence too 🧠. The first week here, I shipped Adapt's proactive agent mode, and our intelligent response system that powers it. The intelligent response system ingests streamed Slack messages via webhook, along with relevant context and deterministic decision policies to make a call on chiming into a conversation, just like a person would. Adapt now feels more intelligent and proactive, and the system runs really fast! I wrote a blog on how it works, with a technical breakdown. Full blog post below! 🔗: https://lnkd.in/gRveHaAA

Big news - Matthew Wang recently joined Adapt as a Product Engineer. Even bigger news - two weeks in and he *just* shipped one of the biggest features we've announced this year: Proactive Agent Mode for Slack. 🚀 Fun fact - Matthew kicked off his coding journey writing Minecraft mods as a kid. He's also the creator of MCPJam, an open-source MCP server testing tool with 2k+ GitHub stars. Welcome! We're lucky to be building with you, Matthew!

Sarah Wissel runs product, engineering, and support at Stamped, the platform powering reviews and loyalty for thousands of DTC brands. Before Adapt, she spent 5+ hours pulling customer insights from tools like Zendesk, Gong, and Linear. Most of the time? It just didn't happen. Cross-functional decisions were often made on gut-feel because the data was locked in 15 different tools. Then Sarah connected those tools to Adapt. With a simple question, Sarah can now get in-depth answers and insights that drive actual decisions and real work. And now, with Adapt installed in the team's Slack workspace, every team member can access the same capabilities. Behind the scenes, Adapt quietly runs complex cross-system queries, writes SQL and code, and builds the dashboards that deliver those insights - in minutes, not hours. → In-depth cross-tool analysis runs on auto-pilot every 2 weeks, surfacing patterns that drive product and support decisions. → A single question to Adapt in Slack can search across the entire stack for answers: support tickets, engineering tickets, CRM, and revenue systems. → Cross-functional dashboards and workflow automations are simple to spin up and act as the backbone for critical decisions. In Sarah's words: "Most of what we do in Adapt today drives decisions we simply couldn't make before because we were missing the data. It's like a hack for turning a company AI-native." "I worked at Amazon for 12 years. With Adapt, I'm able to replace BI workflows and reporting that required entire teams - in minutes." - Karthika Shankar Karthika co-founded Rosie, a boutique family services marketplace that matches parents with vetted professional caregivers. Before Adapt, Rosie's data sat trapped in their database. Every new metric meant an engineering ticket. PostHog dashboards required complex setup. Data was trapped. 3 months into using Adapt, the team has 11 tools connected. PostHog is now a source (vs a destination) for no-code, on-demand dashboards - right from chat. 83% team adoption. Over 15,000 messages sent. The co-founders are the heaviest users. We're honored to play a small part in your story Karthika Shankar Mitra Raman 🙏 Read the full customer story: https://lnkd.in/gv-cVxZU

Corporate gifting platform RevSend tried many different agents for RevOps automation. Their conclusion? AI agents don't *just work* as advertised. Then they tried Adapt. Before Adapt, no single tool was able to work across their RevOps stack to perform complex, multi-step tasks while maintaining context. 4 months later into their journey, the team has connected 21 tools, replaced 3 platforms, and automated a majority of their RevOps workload with Adapt. Letting AI write for you is dumb. What's smart is using AI for research, outlining, and SEO. Recently I started using Adapt.com for my writing process, and I love it. By default Adapt is collaborative, because you prompt it within a shared Slack channel with other humans. That's helpful, because I can get client feedback during every stage of the writing process. I wrote about my new workflow on Adapt's blog. It includes prompts you can copy/paste for yourself. Link in the comments.
