☀️ It’s Don’t Fry Day! ☀️ Here are a few American Academy of Dermatology sun safety reminders: 🧴 Choose sunscreen with physical blockers like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide — they create a barrier between your skin and the sun 🕶️ Make sure your sunscreen is broad spectrum to protect against BOTH UVA and UVB rays 📅 Check expiration dates — expired sunscreen is less effective 💦 “Water resistant” does NOT mean waterproof! Reapply after swimming or sweating ⛱️ Sunscreen works best alongside shade, hats, and frequent reapplication And an important ocular melanoma reminder 👁️ Your eyelids have skin too!
