First time customer and ordered several items. Website easy to use and delivery was super fast. I read with interest the 1* reviews appear to be from ‘entitled’ people that don't seem to grasp how an on-line business works! It doesn’t work like Amazon and if you order so close to a 14.00hrs cut off, how do you expect next day delivery? Same with items arriving damaged, I’m sure they didnt send it out damaged - these things happen!. As a business owner myself, the amount of goods that have arrived in broken boxes due to courier damage is the problem, not the seller.
Anyway, great service, products and packing - will definitely be back

The only reason I have knocked off a star, is purely for the shockingly bad delivery service by DPD.

Order process was simple and easy, however when it came to delivery, it arrived two days late because of DPD and their uselessness. Cannot fault Raceworks customer service as I had quick replies and they rearranged the delivery for me after DPDs incompetence and added a delivery note, which shouldn't have been needed in the first place if DPDs drivers did their job correctly. If it had not arrived they were going to open an investigation with DPD.

I had ordered a cap which came well packaged, was surprised it came it a box as when I ordered one elsewhere it came in a bag, so well protected and cap was perfect.

It's a shame your chosen delivery service let you down, perhaps look into offering different options in future so customers can choose one which they know is reliable.

The delivery was according to the promised. I bought 4 new era caps Haas F1, they were superb, I was then get red Puma Red Ferrari which was briliant.

The puchasing experience was seemless and smooth. Thanks a lot for the great service and good packaging.

I'm very happy with the f1 cap, my daughter is goimg to love it. Came very quick, very happy with updates on delivery.

Great cap, quick despatch and very well packaged.
I had a Redbull cap some 14yrs ago, was looking a bit tied and decided to get a new one as it had done its service.
The one I purchased I’m sure will have the same longevity.
The cap came with stickers on it. They looked nice, I’m not sure if I am to leave them on or take them off? I’ve taken them off, not sure if that’s the cool way?

When the Pirelli UK website had ‘SOLD OUT’ The Race Works we’re still able to supply this limited edition item ….so after thinking I’d missed the opportunity buy this cap it was not the case !

I recently ordered a Charles Leclerc T-shirt for my son and was truly impressed with how fast the delivery was. The original size was slightly too big, but the exchange process was seamless and the replacement arrived just as quickly. The quality is fantastic, and my son couldn’t be happier with it—he absolutely loves it.
It was definitely worth it, will buy other items again as the prices are great.
