I called Suits Me about a general enquiry I had, I spoke to a lady called Mehak who was absolutely fantastic, her customer service was exceptional, she was fantastic at her job and also had fast well spoken responses for each question I asked.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful ! I only wish I could share screenshots or everything here on Trustpilot . The security is piss poor for a bank, my Instagram account is more secure . I complained that I got the notification that someone has logged into my account and spent my money days ago and had no word since . I’ve had an email response and that’s it . They aren’t proactive enough when your money is at risk . I’ve got notification that transfers have happened on my behalf . And There’s no simple way for me to change my login details for whoever is logged in to be logged out . It’s a hot mess , I would advise you if you are about to open a suits me account only use it for small subscriptions like Disney , Netflix etc . DO NOT use it as a bank where you’re considering sending larger amounts to because your money is not safe and they take days to get back to you when something has happened
