Was ok, then all of a sudden, my ethereum balance can't be sent, swapped, or sold. Says Transaction failed try again over and over. Can't find support that won't take forever to fix issue due to "higher than normal demands" I assume still using covid as the excuse to slowly respond
Edit: I got a reply here on my review, but no resolution with the actual issue I have. Matter of fact, I haven't received any correspondence regarding my issue.

If I could give you 0 stars I would have. I've never had so much trouble getting my crypto into USD and sent to my bank. Now they can't find my account to help me get my money. I will never use ramp network again and I definitely will not be recommending it to anyone I know.

So so bad. So I used ramp briefly, several years ago, and had numerous issues, buying and selling, so I left and I haven't even thought of them till yesterday. I've always used multiple wallets so I can try to take advantage of there little perks you know. Well I was moving things around on project0 on sol which I have my og sol address in my trust wallet. So for some reason I decided to sell some msol for cash it was new to ME in trust wallet so I wanted to check it out when it sent me to ramp I was like no way they can still be that bad it's been at least 2 years. Wrong, they have actually gotten worse. I verified all that it was super easy, sent my sol off and nothing for about a hour then email having trouble verifying your ID which I had passed a hour ago???? Now the next day I can't even contact you because all of your links and numbers and other helpful crap all just circles right back to the beginning of the "frequently asked questions" page. So no one can even complain as if you would even listen or care. And everyone wonders why crypto isn't more mainstream. Businesses and people that run businesses like ramp, NOBODY wants to do business with you but WE ALL hope that YOU and only YOU fall victim to a rug pull preceded by your cat dying of old age.
