The mug was nice.. but..

The mug was nice, but the maximum size of print that is available is so small that it is pointless. It also changed my colours completely of my design. Pretty disappointed for the price paid.

I don’t like the picture

Yes, I can say that it is not what I wanted. When I did it at Costco, the painting was made of aluminum and the photos were very professionally placed on the aluminum plate. Now what can I do, if I have to look for another company. I regret that there is no photo department at Costco anymore.

It got damaged during shipping. I talked to the post office. They said it was covered for 100.

Useless AI customer “service”

Photo college arrived with some of the photos rotated despite not looking like that on screen. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times to ask them to fix it but cannot get beyond their AI chat. Rather than fix it, they just sent me the same print again but this time it was also damaged in the packaging. Really poor customer service.

Place cards for my engagement party

I had place cards made for my engagement party. The quality was good but I was a little disappointed with the colour of the cards. I thought it was going to be vibrant than it was. I feel the picture that indicated the colour was better than what I got. Whilst they didn’t look what I thought they were going to I’m happy with them.
I ordered them on a Wednesday night, I paid for express postage and I got them the following Tuesday. It was quick which I was happy about as I need them for this Saturday. This is in Australia

Outstanding service!

Following the sudden death of a dear friend's husband, I wanted to print for her a beautiful card with my creation. Not easy to find a printer who accept such kind of order. And Optimalprint did it! The card is beyond my expectations and the delivery was very quick. I am most grateful for the bonus of additional cards. Definitely I will come back to this Company for ordering many more custom-made cards!

One picture was pefect, the other two were too large and came out very pixelly so have had to order a smaller size, hopefully will turn out ok

Not the paper I wanted

I did not expect to get the card printed on paper that is difficult to write on...
I was hoping for a paper finish not glossy/ matt that only takes a ballpoint pen

Avoid printed mugs

Printed mugs are listed as being both dishwasher and microwave safe; they aren't! The picture on the mugs comes of, no not fades but literally peels off. If you raise this as an issue with the BOT (the only way to make initial contact) they do nothing. When Optimalprint do reply, they then tell you that you should handwash the mugs and that if you raise the complaint after 15 days they are not covered by the 'guarantee'. Is Optimalprint following UK consumer laws? It appears not! Avoid.

I have used Optimal print many times…

I have used Optimal print many times before and each time I get better at understanding layout, picture quality (resolution) and how to use the text features in the photo books. I have reached the stage where the Optimalprint solution is now a first class product and one I proud to share/ give to family and friends

Order numbers: Book 37219978. Photos 37236910

On a positive side my items arrived within a few days of ordering.
The negative is that the photo book has very bad colour from the profesional orgininals. The cover image is grainy (again taken from a prfessional image). Some of the iphone photos colouring have come out well but the majority of photos are dull and nothing like the professionally taken photgraphs. On opening the book for the first time the first photo tore away by the spine of the book and has white tear marks which looks unsitely. So no I am not impressed with my purchase and am very disappointed with the photo book.
It is the same with the 2 individual photos taken from the same event - very disappointing and dulled colours not true to the originals.

Received wrong order - a photo book of someone ELSES child????

Not good enough. I ordered place cards for my wedding, for the second time around from this company. I opened the package delivered to my address with my details on it, to see that instead of my place cards.. I have received a personalised PHOTO BOOK consisting entirely of images of some random's child. I can actually not believe how bad this error is. I'm fuming, and I can only imagine how SICK the parent feels who is opening up my package to find place cards instead of the book they make for their toddler. WTF.

Told there is a delay of 3-5 working days when placing my order it gave a delivery date of 21/05/26 I have just received an email stating delivery 03/06/26 to 06/06/26 this is 8-11 working days absolutely disgusting

Why have I now received a shipping notification stating delivery 3rd June to 06th June when I was told from my trust pilot review the delay was 3 to 5 WORKING days my order should have been here 21st May this is 8 days to 11 working days and I have taken out the bank holiday all information given is totally incorrect and unacceptable yet again AI reply still can’t speak to a human
