A huge thank you to Dale Conway and Michael Hilton for all the help and support they gave us.
Not only did they secure fantastic energy rates for our business, but they also helped us deal with an £80k debt left behind by previous tenants, which unfortunately resulted in our electricity meter being disconnected.
Dale and Michael worked tirelessly for over a week to get everything resolved and have our electricity turned back on so we could get back to operating the business properly again. Their communication, support, and dedication throughout the process were outstanding.
If anyone is looking for help with energy issues, account problems, or simply wants a great rate with excellent service, I would highly recommend speaking with these two.
Thanks again, Dale and Michael. We genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done for us.

Exceptional Support, Honest Advice, and Great Energy Savings
Green Energy Advice Bureau provided outstanding support throughout a very difficult situation. Michael Hilton and Robert Bulmer used their knowledge, experience, and guidance to help us successfully exit an energy contract that had been mis-sold to us by a previous broker, who had claimed it was fully fixed when it was not.
Once that issue was resolved, they then helped us secure a genuinely fully fixed electricity contract at competitive market rates. They also presented us with multiple options, clearly explained everything, and made sure we could make an informed decision.
Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Green Energy Advice Bureau, especially Michael Hilton and Robert Bulmer, to any business looking for honest and reliable energy advice.
