They came to me as eon next, they are not.
They came to me saying my eon next account was due to be renewed, I thought they were an eon agent, they are not, it’s not due until October, it’s May. The rate they quoted has an uplift that was not disclosed. They claimed they take a fee. They will not let me cancel the contract which is still within 14 days. I don’t trust them.
OK only as I feel I was tricked into making a decision , but it was my fault for not checking the date it was due, ,
They were polite and explained everything however I was told my contract was due for renewal, apparently It is not due until next year!!!! But you consider within 1 year means due!!!!

Shocking service
I agreed for them to sort my energy and gas for 2 commercial properties at the end of February 2026 and told the gas would be on a 0 standing charge. However, still in May nothing has been done and I’m being chased for over £450 for gas.
Every time i call them they say they’ll be in touch and get everything sorted but never do.
