All around helpful and seamless

Ehren was incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and running smoothly. He helped answer any questions I had and was patient with me! The folks that answer the messages when I was stuck were incredibly helpful and continued to stick with me until the problem was solved!

Auto leap has been a good experience

Auto leap has been a good experience. It makes my job smoother and more efficient having all my work and vehicle info right at my fingertips so I don't have to leave my work area. I can complete vehicle diagnostics and send the report right to parts and then move onto my next job while waiting on a go ahead. The website works well but I hope to see some smoothing out of some of the menus and an app would be nice so its not always web based.

Our on-boarding experience was very good, Emile was so personable and patient with us as we worked with her. She set goals that we could manage and made sure we were set to make the best use of the system for our shop. Lots to learn yet but I can see how we will become more efficient and organized for the future.

Efficient App.

Being able to see profits live is a huge impact. Easier to spot mistakes from every RO. User interface is easy to navigate thru. Customer service from Cisilia was amazing, she did walk us through most things that we need to start operating. We also love that we could take photos of customers storage products/vehicle damages so they know if there are any issues before they leave our store. Another one is being able to see what was previously done on the customers vehicle via Carfax. Only thing that we wished for is an in-person training session, or at least someone from Autoleap guided us in-person during the first few days of the launch. That would have made it so much easier for the transition period.

A few of the things you flagged are the ones we really like to hear about. Live profits visible per RO is what catches the small leaks before they become big ones. The photo capture for storage and pre-existing damages saves shops from a lot of arguments down the line. And the Carfax history pulling in means your techs walk into the job already knowing what's been done.

On the in-person training piece, that's real feedback. The transition period can be genuinely hard, and even great remote sessions don't always cover everything you need in those first few days at the shop. We'd love to hear more about what specifically would have helped. Drop us a note and we'll see how we can adjust for new launches going forward.

Switch over to AutoLeap was seamless

Switch over to AutoLeap was seamless. Their support staff was with us along the whole journey. From the demo to launching live happened way faster than expected. Only a month of running live and it’s already showing improvements to our work flow. Technicians enjoy the simplicity on there end and service advisor estimate times are far more efficient. Like any program there has been some minor bumps but again the AutoLeap training, help chat box and many available agents always there to answer have us the confidence to push through any problem faced. Recommend this software to any Autorepair center willing to give them a shot.
