Tattu is an award-winning family-run restaurant group founded in 2015 by two brothers. Tattu brand set out with a clear vision – to bring something unique and exciting to the UK culinary scene. Tattu is celebrated for its modern take on Chinese cuisine and captivating interior design. We strive to offer guests a unique and engaging dining experience, combining traditional Chinese flavours with premium quality ingredients, served with a contemporary edge. Diners are encouraged to embrace the customary approach of sharing dishes with their guests, from colourful dim sum and luxurious small plates to contemporary main course dishes and stunning desserts. Each seasonal menu is created by our talented chefs utilising only premium ingredients sourced from carefully selected suppliers, delivered by the highly-trained front of house teams with a strong focus on meticulous and engaging customer service.

    We were proud to open the doors of Tattu Manchester recently for a special employee breakfast in support of the THE TIM BACON FOUNDATION. Our team came together over great food, coffee and conversation in exchange for a small contribution towards an incredible cause that continues to support people and families affected by cancer. Every donation made will go directly to helping the Foundation continue its important work. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, donated and helped create such a positive start to the day.     Last Friday, our HQ team swapped their desks for our restaurants. It was our “Focus on the Floor” day — a chance for everyone from head office to step into our restaurants and work side-by-side with the incredible site teams who bring our brands to life every single day. From supporting service, managing the reservations desk, shaking cocktails and sushi master classes, the experience was a powerful reminder of what drives us: people, passion, and pride in every detail. This annual tradition isn’t just about observation — it’s about collaboration, appreciation, and staying connected to the heart of our business.     Anniversaries are special. They are an opportunity to look back on our journey together, and also look forward to see what the next chapter holds for us and our colleagues. After two years service, and each subsequent year, all colleagues are invited to dine with us, and receive a handwritten note from our Global Managing Director, Dan. This extra personal touch of recognition perfectly embodies our foundations of our mutual respect for each other whilst we walk together in equal step, to build this thing of ours.     Today we celebrate four years of Tattu London! Like the four seasons, each year has brought new challenges, adventures and accomplishments. We are grateful to all of our guests who have joined us on our journey, and look forward to welcoming you all back, along with welcoming all of our new guests. We could not have done the last four years without our extraordinary team. Their passion, dedication and excellence has helped shape Tattu London into the icon that it is. Some colleagues have been with us on this journey since the pre opening days, and some have more recently joined us, but each and every one of them contributes to the exceptional experiences delivered to both guests and colleagues.
