💡 UKREiiF Panel Discussion 💡 New Towns: Cracking the Delivery Challenge Tuesday 19th May 09:00 - 10:00 Arcadis space 📢 ESP's Ryan O'Sullivan was invited to join the discussion with Arcadis, Hallam Land and Cambridge Growth Company Delivering new communities at pace depends on getting the right infrastructure, funding and delivery partners aligned from the outset. The challenges facing new towns are shared across many large-scale strategic developments as well: early coordination, clear governance and a joined-up approach to infrastructure and delivery. For ESP, this reinforces a key point, utilities are not a late-stage consideration. Early engagement helps unlock delivery, reduce risk and support the creation of sustainable, connected communities. See you there! #UKREiiF2026 #ESPUtilitiesGroup #NewTowns #Infrastructure

🏘️ Delivering the first phase of heat networks with Vistry Group. We have begun operating as a consumer heat supplier, with Graylingwell as our first live site. This milestone follows our recent work with Vistry Group, where ESP Utilities Group Ltd has been appointed to adopt and operate a portfolio of existing heat networks and support future developments. Graylingwell is the first site to go live as part of that transition. Ahead of this, our dedicated customer webpage is now live, providing residents with clear, accessible information on their heat supply, billing and customer support. For over 25 years, our role has been to adopt and operate essential utility infrastructure. As heat networks move into formal regulation, extending that responsibility to include the end customer is a natural and necessary step. Our focus remains consistent: Long-term, responsible ownership Operational and regulatory excellence A clear and transparent customer experience Graylingwell represents the start of this transition, with further sites in progress. At ESP Utilities Group Ltd, we’re focused on delivering long-term value for our customers, not just through the infrastructure we adopt and operate, but through the communities we’re part of. That’s why we’ve selected two local Charity Partners: ➡️ Princess Alice Hospice ➡️ Oakleaf Enterprise Princess Alice Hospice provides outstanding end-of-life care, supporting patients and families to live well, with comfort and dignity, at home and within the hospice. Oakleaf Enterprise works with adults managing their mental health, offering support, training and wellbeing programmes that help build confidence, skills and sustainable futures. These partnerships reflect a shared focus on care, resilience and long-term support, values that underpin how we operate as a business. Over the coming year, our teams will support both organisations through volunteering, fundraising and active participation in their events. ‼️ Watch this space.... #charitypartnerships #ESPUtilitiesGroup #Communityimpact #Volunteering
