“Great mental health care isn’t just clinical, it’s human.”🧠 At ENA, supporting mental health and wellbeing is embedded within our mission and values, helping us create a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture. Next week, on 21 May, colleagues will come together for a “Bake Sale and Learn with Chai” session as part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2026. Through small conversations, shared learning, and collective support, we can all continue to build psychologically safe environments where people feel valued, heard, and supported. All proceeds will go to the mental health charity, Mind. Thanks go out to Nataliia and Gunavathy - two of ENA's colleagues who have organised this activity to support colleagues across ENA✅🤲

📣 As of 1 June 2026, new minimum information requirements will apply to all eligible demand connection applications. We have published updated guidance that sets out the minimum information required for demand connections of 5MVA or above.
