We’re proud to share that Element has been shortlisted for Best Health & Safety Project at the Safety and Health Excellence Awards for our Zero Harm programme in Aerospace & Defence. This recognition matters because it reflects the work happening every day in our labs. Behind this recognition is our team. Colleagues taking the time to understand risk properly, having open conversations, and making practical changes that keep people safe. So thank you to all our colleagues who are making safety a non-negotiable part of how we work, not something separate from it. Winners announced on 1 July. #MakingTomorrowSaferThanToday #Safety #SHEAWARDS

Speed and certainty do not have to be at odds in the space industry. In our latest interview, one of our General Managers in Aerospace & Energy, Harry Mueller, discusses how leading organizations are rethinking the role of testing as systems grow more advanced and mission timelines continue to compress. The takeaway is clear. Waiting until the end to validate performance is no longer enough. At Element Materials Technology, we approach product qualification testing and materials testing as an integrated part of development. Our PQT labs are designed to replicate the environmental and mechanical stresses components will face in service, helping uncover issues earlier and reduce downstream risk. For teams building for space, this shift is critical. Better data earlier in the process leads to stronger decisions, more predictable schedules, and greater confidence at launch. Take a few minutes to hear Harry’s perspective and how testing is shaping the next generation of space programs. #SpaceIndustry #AerospaceTesting #Engineering #MaterialsScience #elementmaterialstechnology #MakingTomorrowSaferThanToday
