𝐖𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐞𝐢. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞. 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐧. 𝐆𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐝. #PartnerSummit #Partnerships #Networking #Growth #Fintech

Financial news last week was dominated by a sharp worldwide sell-off in bonds. Investors are growing anxious over prolonged high energy prices, inflation, political instability, and rising government deficits. While equities remain resilient, major currencies have plummeted against a dominant US dollar—with the UK pound and Brazilian real taking the hardest hits. With a light macroeconomic calendar this week, all eyes are on whether bonds can find a floor or if the sell-off will continue. Key watchpoints include Thursday's global PMI data and critical UK inflation metrics. Are we seeing a temporary correction or a deeper structural shift? 🔗 Head to our Blog to read the full analysis and download our G10 report: https://lnkd.in/eZ3fkCAB Matthew Ryan, CFA Enrique Diaz-Alvarez Roman Ziruk Diego Barnuevo Artíñano

US-Iran tensions intensified over the weekend, reinforcing the view that the path to peace will be far from smooth. Markets remain sanguine, however: oil prices and the dollar have retreated, while US equities have surged to fresh record highs. In the UK, pressure continues to mount on Keir Starmer after Labour’s bruising performance at last week’s local elections. While the prime minister is holding on, for now, bond vigilantes are circling amid growing speculation of a leadership challenge. 🔗 Head to our Blog to read the full analysis and download our G10 report: https://lnkd.in/e6gZ9Pim Matthew Ryan, CFA Enrique Diaz-Alvarez Roman Ziruk Diego Barnuevo Artíñano

For SMEs managing global supply chains, the "real" cost of borrowing is often hidden in the fine print: non-utilisation fees, early repayment charges, and rigid FX conditions. When these ancillary costs add up, they don't just affect your balance sheet; they dictate your operational behaviour. In our latest insight, we break down: • Why headline rates can be misleading (the 4% vs 1% math). • How non-utilisation fees penalise cautious cash flow management. • The hidden impact of FX exposure on cross-border borrowing. The test is simple: If you repay early or use capital briefly, does your cost adjust accordingly? If the answer is no, your borrowing model might be misaligned.
