Following the strong response to our first webinar in partnership with Business Culture Awards & Business Culture Connected, I’m delighted to be joining the next session in the series:   “Beyond Engagement Surveys: Understanding Culture in Context”   Most organisations today have some form of employee engagement measurement in place. But measuring engagement is not the same as truly understanding culture.   Many HR and business leaders have reasonable visibility into internal indicators - values alignment, leadership effectiveness, employee sentiment. In a couple of weeks, I'm hosting another webinar with Business Culture Awards & Business Culture Connected, shepherding a brilliant group of people and culture leaders through what is sure to be another fascinating discussion.
