You will be responsible for overseeing the service, PPM, and breakdown support for a growing base of 500 customers across the UK. If you are a technical professional with a knack for leadership and a focus on operational excellence, we want to hear from you! 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫: - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in commercial and industrial heating systems, including steam and electrical systems. - Leadership Skills: Previous managerial and project management experience, with the ability to coach, train, and delegate work effectively. - Safety Conscious: Competency in Health and Safety procedures, including RAMS and PTW. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex operational processes to internal teams and external customers. - Qualifications: Suitable industry qualifications (HND/ONC or equivalent NVQ/C&G); Gas Safe qualifications (COCN1, CCP1, CIGA1) are a plus. - Mobility: A full driving licence and the ability to work independently in unfamiliar surroundings.
