  • We are thrilled to have been in Munich for the Defence & Security Days as part of the NATO DIANA programme. It was the first time the full 2026 cohort of innovators, mentors and programme partners came together in person. A valuable few days to exchange ideas, build connections and learn more about the defence innovation ecosystem we’re now part of. One topic we explored in more depth was the Rapid Adoption Service (RAS), a cornerstone of the DIANA programme. Through RAS, Allies can co-develop, prototype and test technologies in operational environments. Once a prototype has been successfully demonstrated, procurement can occur without further competition. This model reduces risk, allows for faster iteration and significantly accelerates the path from innovation to deployment, while ensuring technologies are tailored to real-world military needs. It’s a powerful reminder that programmes like DIANA are not only about accelerating technology, but also about creating real pathways for innovators to bring solutions into use by NATO and Allied forces. Looking forward to the next steps with the cohort. #NATODIANA #DIANAProgramme2026 #2026Cohort #DualUse #DefenceInnovation #InnovationEcosystem #Innovation #DefenceAndSecurity #NATOInnovation

  • Today marks National Battery Day in the United States. Each year, Americans discard over 3 billion batteries, creating approximately 180,000 tons of hazardous waste in landfill. It’s a global challenge and one that calls for better ways of powering the devices we rely on every day. At Exeger, we've spent 15 years building one. Powerfoyle solar cells can generate energy from any light source, natural or artificial, and integrates directly into products. By working with global brands, we’re helping bring self-powered devices to market, from headphones to electronic shelf labels, eliminating a reliance on disposable batteries and the waste they leave behind. The technology is proven and the vision is clear: a world where millions of devices power themselves from the light around them, without constant charging or battery replacements. No batteries. No waste. Just continuous, clean energy. #NationalBatteryDay #Sustainability #CleanEnergy #Innovation

  • We were very excited to be in Munich at the end of January to kickstart the NATO DIANA Accelerator at its Programme Launch with other fellow innovators. This week, we are heading to meet the group again for the next session. More to come!   DIANA was created by NATO to help identify and accelerate dual-use technologies that address challenges facing Allied defence and security. To respond to a changing world, DIANA is identifying, accelerating and facilitating adoption of dual-use emerging and disruptive technologies. With 32 nations working together to create a collaborative, science-based and resilient technology pipeline, the world’s most successful Alliance can lead the way on innovation for peace and prosperity. #NATODIANA #DIANAChallenge #DIANAProgramme2026 #2026Cohort #DualUse #DefenceInnovation #InnovationEcosystem #Innovation #Defenceandsecurity #NATOInnovation

  • Exeger is at the NRF 2026 in New York together with Vusion . The largest and most important retail show in North America is in full swing. Retail is clearly entering its next phase. Continous data, always-on displays, and zero tolerance for downtime. AI is everywhere here in NYC, but AI in retail is only as good as the data feeding it. It needs to be clean, reliable, and uninterrupted. From sensors and ESLs to digital signage, the feedback loop must never break. That shift is already visible on the show floor. In our partner Vusion’s booth, we are demonstrating how self-powered, light-harvesting displays enable, maintenance-free data loops in real retail environments. Self-powered technology is no longer a “nice to have”. It is becoming a baseline requirement for scalable, AI-driven, and sustainable retail. Great conversations, sharp questions, and strong momentum at NRF. If you are here in New York and want to discuss how battery-free, light-powered solutions can enable always-on, data-driven retail experiences, feel free to reach out. #powerfoyle #exeger #selfpowered #physicalai #alwayson #enablingai #lightpowered

It’s a wrap for CES 2026. A week defined by momentum—and clarity. Battery-free technology is clearly moving from innovation to expectation. At CES we showcased: • a battery-free keyboard with Onio • self-powered trackers with Momax • a wireless mouse with EM Micro Different products. Same underlying shift and much more to come. Another important trend is that the e-reader market accelerated significantly during 2025 and continues to grow, driven by growing adoption among younger generations. That is particularly exciting for us, as e-readers are a prioritized focus area for Exeger in 2026. Robots were everywhere. AI was everywhere. And behind it all, a growing requirement for continuous, clean, uninterrupted data—with zero tolerance for downtime, maintenance, or energy friction. That changes the rules for how devices must be powered. We see strong signals that 2026 will be a very solid year for the industry—and for Exeger in particular. Thank you all Exegerians working non-stop during the show, thank you partners, customers and friends of Exeger for interesting discussions. And of course thank you CTA for an amazing show. Next stop: NRF in New York, the largest retail show in the US. Together with our partner Vusion, we will be demonstrating what the future of self-powered, connected stores will look like. If you’re in New York and want to discuss how sustainable, self-powered solutions can shape future products and retail infrastructure, don’t hesitate to reach out. Stay tuned. #CES2026 #NRF2026 #BatteryFree #AI #Robotics #ConnectedRetail #EnergyAutonomy #Exeger #eReader #Powerfoyle #Exeger

  • Last Friday on the last day of CES2026, we launched something we’re truly proud of. Together with Momax, we unveiled a self-powered locator—always on, no charging, no battery replacement. Introduced in two form factors: • a credit card / luggage tag size • a compact key chain version Powered entirely by ambient light—indoors, outdoors, low light. This is what energy autonomy looks like when design and engineering align. Full announcement: https://lnkd.in/dVf_3PA3 More to come. • CES 2026! CES is always a useful reminder of what actually matters in consumer technology. Not louder demos. Not bigger screens. Not more features that require yet another app or daily charging. The real progress is happening where technology disappears into the product experience — where reliability, autonomy, and industrial scalability matter more than novelty. AI is on everyone’s lips at CES this year — and rightly so. But what is becoming equally clear is that intelligence without energy autonomy quickly hits a wall. Smarter devices still need to work, continuously, in the real world. At CES, a few themes stand out: • Battery anxiety remains unsolved in many categories • Indoor use cases dominate • Sustainability is no longer a slide — it is a design constraint • OEMs are actively looking for solutions that remove complexity, not add it This is driving a concrete shift in how products are designed, powered, and maintained. Energy harvesting, ultra-low-power architectures, and self-sustaining devices are no longer “future concepts.” They are becoming table stakes across categories — from trackers and wearables to peripherals, keyboards without batteries, and connected infrastructure. Encouraging discussions, strong signals from partners, and a clear sense that the market is moving from experimentation to execution. Stay tuned for more exciting news from CES soon and if you are here at the show and want to talk about energy independence, please drop by Suite 204 at the 36th floor in the Venetian North Tower ! #CES2026 #Powerfoyle #Exeger #Energyrevolution #nextgen #energyharvesting #endlessenergy #energyindependence
