This website is operated by Saffronice. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you’re using our Service and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.
If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Platform & Payments
Our online store is hosted by Shopify (storefront & cart). Payments are securely processed by eWay.


1) Online Store Terms

  • You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory (or have consent from your parent/guardian for any minor dependents who use this site).

  • You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws.

  • You must not introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

  • Breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

2) General Conditions

  • We may refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason permitted by law.

  • Non-card content may be transferred unencrypted over networks and adapted to technical requirements. Card data is encrypted by our payment processor during transfer.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.

  • Headings are for convenience only.

3) Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness

  • Site content is provided for general information and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.

  • Historical information is reference-only.

  • We may modify site content at any time without obligation to update it. You agree it’s your responsibility to monitor changes.

4) Modifications to the Service & Prices

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

  • We’re not liable to you or third parties for modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

5) Products & Services

  • Some items may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • We try to display colours/images accurately but can’t guarantee your screen’s display.

  • We may limit sales by person, household, region, or jurisdiction, and we may limit quantities.

  • Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.

  • We don’t warrant that products, services, or information will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected (without limiting rights under Australian Consumer Law).

6) Billing & Account Information

  • We may refuse any order or limit/cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order (including orders under the same account, card, or address). We’ll attempt to notify you via the email/phone/billing address provided.

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase/account information and promptly update details (e.g., email, addresses).

7) Optional Tools

  • We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements.

  • Use of optional tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

  • Future new features/services will also be subject to these Terms.

8) Third-Party Links

  • Third-party content, products, and services may appear on the site. We’re not responsible for examining or evaluating them and are not liable for any third-party materials, sites, or transactions.

  • Review third-party terms and policies before engaging with them.

9) User Comments & Submissions

  • If you send us submissions (ideas, comments, proposals, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to edit, publish, distribute, translate, and use them in any medium.

  • We’re not obliged to keep submissions confidential, compensate you, or respond.

  • You’re responsible for ensuring submissions don’t violate rights or contain unlawful/offensive content or malware.

  • We may (but aren’t obligated to) monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

10) Personal Information

  • Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • We use eWay for payments; we do not store your card details.

11) Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

  • Occasionally our site or Service may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability).

  • We may correct errors and change/update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, without notice (including after you’ve submitted an order), to the extent permitted by law.

12) Prohibited Uses

You must not use the site or its content:
(a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to solicit unlawful acts; (c) to violate regulations/laws; (d) to infringe IP rights; (e) to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; (f) to submit false/misleading info; (g) to upload viruses/malicious code; (h) to collect or track others’ personal information unlawfully; (i) to spam/phish/pharm/pretext/spider/crawl/scrape; (j) for obscene/immoral purposes; or (k) to interfere with security features.
We may terminate access for prohibited uses.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

  • You agree use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” except as required by law or expressly stated by us.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law and without excluding non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we (and our officers, employees, and suppliers) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits/revenue/savings/data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Service/products.

Your ACL Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saffronice and Book of Healing Pty. Ltd., and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from claims or demands (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Severability

If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the extent necessary and the remainder remains in effect.

16) Termination

These Terms are effective unless terminated by you or us. You may stop using the site at any time. If we believe you’ve breached these Terms, we may terminate access without notice. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

17) Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements (written or oral) relating to the Service. No waiver of any right/provision is a continuing waiver.

18) Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

19) Changes to Terms

You can review the latest version of these Terms on this page. We may update them at any time by posting changes here. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
