At NPS, we follow a strict policy: We never roast and package coffee on the same day. After roasting, coffee releases large amounts of CO₂ during the degassing phase. Allowing the coffee to properly rest inside our degassing silos is a critical step to stabilize the product before packaging. This process helps preserve flavor balance, improve extraction consistency, and support better packaging performance.
