My account was opened when I made my purchase from Currys on the 17/04/2023. I tried to make a payment to reduce my balance same day and was unable to, so sent Customer Services an E Mail using the app. The next morning I had a reply by return. Helpful concise and to the point. My account updated overnight and was able to make a payment

DPD were notified to collect my parcel from suppliers on 20/12/2022 it arrived at Hub 5 Hinkley @ 02.09 21/12/2022 then at 11.10 same day there was A Delay! A further delay was listed over 24 hours later @ 16.23 on 22/12/2022.

Now comes the good bit. I was advised by E Mail on 23/12/2022 that as per my instructions the parcel would now be delivered on 28/12/2022. I NEVER GAVE ANY INSTRUCTION TO DPD. On delivery day 28/12/2022 @ 22.08 my parcel was still at Stoke.

Three days later my parcel has disappeared and not been scanned for three days so its now investigation time parcel last scanned at Stoke where is it now.

Appreciate its a busy time of year but Royal Mail next Day has worked TWICE for me over Christmas period despite industrial action

DPD customer services can only be described as non existent.

Took my car and left it with them for four days as I was not in a rush. The premises are secure and in the middle of no where away from prying eyes a big plus if you have a car towards the top end of the scale. (I have not)

Time was taken to explain the process and range of colours, I went for gloss black with white star lacquer. The finish and workmanship is top quality, the customer service is attentive

Do you really expect when paying these prices to have drawer fronts STUCK ON. Guess what the feet on a double drawer units have fallen off. NEVER PUT BACK on despite countless visits.

Please avoid and save your money and go to Ikea. Truthful comments on Facebook have been deleted and dissatisfied customers blocked

Purchased a Dryer/Blaster. Good communication with CLEAR instructions on what to do/not to do if package was received damaged.

No damage dryer does exactly what it says on the tin and more. (it drys my car perfectly oh and the dog.

The Insurance from Marmalade was recommended by my driving instructor. My Father was reluctant because of cost and risk to add me onto his insurance for the car. However Marmalade had a range of options at a reasonable price and if the worse was to happen it will not effect his insurance. An all round winner.
