At Greenvolt Power, biodiversity is a core pillar of how we develop and operate renewable energy projects. Guided by Greenvolt Group #biodiversity strategy we are committed to ensuring that clean energy deployment is directed connected with the protection and improvement of natural ecosystems. In 2026, as in previous years, our teams across markets continue to turn this commitment into action: In France, over 250 meters of hedgerows were planted in Reyrieux, creating ecological corridors that support local wildlife. In Hungary, teams helped restore hiking trails, contributing to safer access to nature and supporting environmental awareness and sustainable tourism. In Poland, a site visit to a photovoltaic plant brought together environmental authorities and our teams to share best practices and strengthen collaboration on biodiversity integration in renewable projects. These actions reflect how, at Greenvolt Power, biodiversity is integrated across every stage of our projects, from development to operation, ensuring we generate clean energy while creating a positive impact on the environments where we operate. Because the energy transition must be powered by nature and protect it at the same time.

Located in the Subcarpathian region of south-eastern Poland, the 10 MW Zaklików wind farm includes five turbines and forms part of a broader 33.2 MW wind portfolio sold to Enea Nowa Energia in May 2025. The project was delivered as fully operational prior to the closing of the transaction, following the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the preliminary sale agreement. "The completion of this transaction reflects our ability to consistently deliver high-quality renewable assets, which is fundamental to building trust and strengthening our relationships with key stakeholders, in this case Enea Nowa Energia, with whom we have built a productive relationship" said Weronika Bianka Nowak, CEO of Greenvolt Power. Poland is a key market for the Greenvolt Group and plays a central role in the execution of its asset rotation strategy, which reached 1 GW in sales in 2025.

☀️ Milestone reached in Høegholm, Denmark! Greenvolt Power has achieved Commercial Operations Date (COD) for the 97.36 MW solar photovoltaic plant at Høegholm Energipark in Denmark, a major milestone in our journey to accelerate the energy transition across Europe. This hybrid project pairs large-scale solar generation with a 60 MW / 120 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), which is set to be completed in early 2027. Once fully operational, Høegholm Energipark will generate approximately 124,000 MWh per year — enough to cover the annual energy needs of more than 27,500 households. This achievement reflects strong collaboration across partners and stakeholders and reinforces Greenvolt Power’s commitment to delivering scalable, future-ready renewable energy solutions.

🌱 Biodiversity is more important than we often realise. From keeping natural systems running to the countless species we still don’t know exist, biodiversity plays a vital role in maintaining the balance of our planet and in how we approach renewable energy development. At Greenvolt Power, we believe the #energytransition must go hand in hand with nature. Renewable energy and biodiversity are not conflicting goals, but complementary ones that can coexist in harmony. Guided by the Greenvolt Group’s Biodiversity Strategy, we are committed to achieving no biodiversity loss, while actively pursuing a net gain for nature across all our projects. Because #biodiversity is more than an environmental concept, it underpins pollination, soil health, climate regulation, and life on Earth itself. Discover 3 things you (probably) didn’t know about biodiversity and learn why protecting it should be a priority for all of us..

Greenvolt Group has announced its FY2025 results, marking a year of stabilization and strengthened execution across all three business segments — more than doubling revenues, achieving record EBITDA and returning to profitability. The #UtilityScale segment delivered strong growth in 2025, with total operating income reaching €441.3 million, a 4.7x increase YoY, and EBITDA reaching €174.5 million, a 10.6x increase YoY. This performance was driven by the execution of the asset rotation strategy, with Greenvolt fully achieving its annual target of 1 GW of asset sales across key markets such as Poland, Spain and Romania. Installed capacity in operation continued to grow, reaching 698 MW across eight geographies. At the same time, a cross-geography pipeline review resulted in an optimized pipeline of 12.8 GW, of which 5.1 GW are already at least Ready-to-Build or sold — an increase of 1.2 GW YoY.

On March 27, Greenvolt Power took part in the “Dilemmas of Climate and Energy Transformation” conference, organized by the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Institute of Power Engineering - National Research Institute. The event brought together experts, industry leaders, and academics to discuss the key challenges shaping the future of the energy sector. As part of Greenvolt Group’s energy literacy initiative, #PlugIntoKnowledge, designed to promote access to renewable energy literacy and bring the diverse audiences close to energy transition, Agnieszka Szot-Pokrzywka, Head of the Project Management Office, delivered a dedicated session on the main areas and challenges currently defining the sector. She engaged with students and university members in an open discussion about the practical realities of transforming the energy system. Greenvolt Power remains focused on supporting dialogue, education, and innovation across the markets where we operate, empowering the next generation of leaders in the energy transition.
