Pretty useless really

Pretty useless really, can't do anything online, you have to phone their contact number and then wait for over 20 minutes to talk to someone.
Leaving plusnet as soon as possible.

Very poor service

Very poor service, left at the side of the road for THREE HOURS, no phone calls nothing. Cancelled my membership ship now, The one time I needed them they let me down, BIG TIME. Not paying £120 a year to be treated this way.

Review of Salary Finance

Salary finance use Experian

Salary finance use Experian, which I do not, my credit score with them is LOWER than my score with Clear score. I cannot find out why because I would have to pay Experian for this information.
Also trying to contact salary finance is not easy.
their loan policy makes no sense at all, how can a "salary finance" loan be unaffordable?

We understand that differences between credit reference agencies can be confusing. While we use Experian to assess applications, each credit bureau may hold slightly different information, which can result in varying credit scores. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to your full credit profile and recommend contacting Experian directly for any clarification — they do offer a free statutory report which you can request without cost.

As for affordability, we assess each application individually based on several factors, not just salary — including existing credit commitments and spending patterns. Our aim is to lend responsibly and ensure that repayments remain manageable.
