Would give these guys a zero if I could. Battery charging product was advertised specifically advertised as having charge through, which is why I bought it. On receipt, the instructions outlined that the product had "little to no pass through". When I contacted them for a refund (including postage because of the false advertising), they said they didnt do postage refunds and that and I still had to pay for postage. I returned the item at my expense and they confirmed receiving it with a timeframe for processing and refund. After hearing nothing at all and not receiving a refund, I contacted them to ask what was going on. Even though it was three weeks after the item was confirmed delivered (and they had confirmed receipt several weeks ago), they now magically had "only just received it", and it still needed to go through returns processing. Im still waiting for a refund.
I just cannot recommend this company in good conscience - false advertising, failure to take responsibility for false advertising, slow refund, poor communication around refund, and a general sense of having no idea what's going on. I think they only sprung into action each time because I contacted them. Cannot recommend at all.

Prompt delivery. Only issue is they are not fully charging our devices overnight. When we wake up, we have to take the devices of the charger, then back on again to finish charging.

I was happy with my Travelpod for the past 18 months, ‘twas a trusty versatile companion on my travels in Europe and Asia and was thinking of getting another one for gifting…

… until this morning when I got up and noticed my phone was not charged overnight even though the Travelpod was 100% charged before i went to bed, and now it was showing 0. So I got up to plug it into the wall socket but I noticed the tine was loose. It actually fell out along with some plastic pieces that have become brittle. Like they got cooked from heat? So much for longevity! At the price I paid, I would expect it to serve me at least 3 years, not 18 months.

Great product so far, love that it can charge itself while passing on the power to charge my phone, earbuds, etc. 1st charger I’ve had that does that. Think I’ll get another for my wife. Really impressed so far. Shipping time bang on👍

An excellent product and excellent customer service. This is our second as it is used to charge a watch and other devices. It has power that lasts and works for multiple devices at home and abroad. Very pleased with this product and brand.

I bought two of these for a 7 week, carry-on only, trip around Europe next year. Their compact, solid design suits my purpose well.
I'm a tech geek so have well and truly tried & tested them both in the few months I've had them and am absolutely stoked with this product. When used properly they retain their power extremely well, charge everything i need them to & have all the adapters I'll ever need. They'll be perfect for the big trip (and beyond).
I've noticed there's an almost identical looking knock-off being marketed online under a different brand-name, so I did some research on this and am SO happy I've invested locally and bought the original. Well done for producing a great New Zealand product, GODASHED, and thanks for the excellent customer service/comms and fast delivery.

Tried to return it. They are using a dishonest address of 6/18 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland. A completely different company is in there.

Do not recommend these chargers. They don’t hold charge for very long and take ages to charge an iPhone. One of ours also broke the first time we used it and they refused to replace it. Temu quality with fancy pricing. In fact that probably not fair to Temu, their stuff always works.

Poor customer service. Refuse to take my device back due to a small tear in the box it came in. They also made me pay for shipping costs to and from their warehouse.

The whole process was great, but more importantly their product is excellent. Delivery was on time and great customer service. Plus I really like that they are a Canadian company.

The efficiency of the company was 5 star as in delivery and I returned the product, communication and refund was prompt.
I was excited about these chargers after the positive reviews but that was not my experience.
The chargers did not perform as advertised. Plugged into the wall overnight with iPhone and Apple Watch, neither were fully charged in the morning. Charging was slow and certainly didn’t cope with multi devices at once. Hearing aids worked the first time and after that they kept cutting out. Certainly no fast charge and that was using my fast charge cable.
I was really disappointed. I think these are junky. If you buy them make sure you retain all the packaging so you can return them.
