My advisor was polite,helpful and got me a package on EE as my contract had went over the 2 years,happy with my package and price also and was very nice to speak to,thankyou for assisting myself with this matter and making it easier than I thought it would be,take care, kind regards a valued customer.
There was a glitch their end so when I went online to change my package deal I couldn’t. Rang and spoke to numerous people all who couldn’t fix the problem. Eventually was put through to someone who said they could fix the problem and they would ring me back in 24/48 hours. No phone call back! Rang again when I received my next month bill to find out it was more expensive than the last bill because I was out of contract. This would have not happened if they had sorted things out when I first rang. Spoke to another adviser ( to many to mention) and was then told I needed a new internal box,nothing wrong with my old box. Then when I asked for a person/email to complain was told that they could file a complaint for me then put me on hold. Waited for 10 mins and was cut off and text message saying my complaint was closed!NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

The engineer Brian that came to fix my WiFi was friendly,and the young lady on the phone extremely helpful 😄 keep up the good work BT.
I moved to ee from virgin to save some money. Both ee & virgin say they will sort the cancellation. Well that does not happen. So now paying for two providers. Not a great start with EE
Really helpful member of staff - gave me all the information I needed to renew my contract with EE, answered ny questions and gave me options to consider.

I renewed my broadband with EE today on the telephone and was guided through the whole process by a very competent and efficient EE operative! She was also very pleasant and methodical and made the whole process simple for me. A great service from EE.

Took out broadband with EE after moving house, been with EE for years and have normally been quite accommodating.
However had some issues with WiFi in my property despite their engineers installing the broadband and choosing the location. I called up asking for support just to be told I need to pay extra for a package to be able to have WiFi in the lounge of my small bungalow.
When I asked what my options were I was told either upgrade my package by another £10 a month on top of my £32.99 just to have a WiFi extender? Or if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay over £200 cancellation fees.
These options are poor from EE and as a loyal customer I feel let down that this is the case and will be looking at alternative broadband suppliers
Staff on the phones were helpful and friendly however bound by company policies and unable to cater for specific customer requirements.

upgraded 2 devices plus a sim account, thousands of pounds committed to but had to pay £9.98 for delivery, package now stuck at couriers and not delivered but no refund of costs, outrageous that they charge £9.98 delivery on thousands of pounds of product, getting a greedy company and will look to return the items and cancel under the 14 day cooling off period !

Issue carries on despite numerous calls and emails from us and repeated fake assurances from EE. Every staff member fobs you off with lies. The email confirmation we were promised would arrive by midnight on 26th May still hasn't arrived to cancel payment plan for a hub we have not received as EE advised us to decline delivery as internet in our area was restored. Anyway there was no question of charging us as the temporary hub was offered by EE since they left us without internet for days and now suddenly we're on some payment plan for which they refuse to send a cancellation email. This is fraud and if we incurr any charges on our next bill, will certainly be reporting EE to the national fraud team helpline.
