well not only did you charge one account for one website but you did it on three other websites. so you took me for over 300.00 dollars and i never asked for any help. When I called all the numbers i got hold of the same person.

Adobe pro 2020 was a piece of crap
I purchased Adobe pro 2020 and was only able to use one feature. Called for support and was told they could not help or refund the cost. I expect all of the features to be available and was sorely disappointed. False adverstising and non existent customer support.

Have not received an email for product…
Have not received an email for product or activation in over an hour. 24/7 tech support only has office hours from 6 am to 4 pm pacific standard time. No help for late night It departments trying to solve technical problems.

After reviewing your order, we found that the item purchased (a 2-core pack of Windows Server 2022 Standard) does not meet Microsoft’s minimum licensing requirements (16-Cores) to activate a valid server license. This requirement is noted on the product page, as a minimum number of core licenses must be purchased for proper license fulfillment and activation.
Because of this, your order required manual review by a support specialist, which caused the delay you experienced. To prevent any issues with licensing delivery, the order was ultimately canceled and fully refunded.
