Remarkable user support--fast, accurate, and personable. However, I'd think that some of that support could be built into the user documentation. I had trouble installing and activating both Windows 11 Pro and Office Pro 2024, but the capable--and did I say quick?--support resolved both without raising a sweat. The price was right, too.

Great price on Microsoft products. Awesome customer service response time when questions are asked. Will do business with DigitalKeysBox in the future.

I purchased Microsoft Office keys from DigitalKeysBox back in February for two of my devices. Recently, I realized I had forgotten to activate the key on one of them, so I contacted their support team for help.

I purchased a software key from DigitalKeyBox and, overall, the experience was decent but not completely smooth. The price was definitely attractive, and the key eventually worked as expected. However, the installation and activation process was more confusing than I anticipated, especially since some of the instructions were unclear or outdated.

At first, I ran into activation issues and wasn’t sure if the product key was valid. Thankfully, after contacting customer support, they responded within a reasonable time and helped me resolve the issue. Once I got the correct steps, everything worked fine in the end.

I’d recommend DigitalKeyBox if you’re comfortable troubleshooting a bit on your own and don’t mind reaching out to support when needed. Good value for the money, but the setup experience could definitely be improved.

The process of downloading/installing/licensing etc. took some time but eventually, we got it done.

My issue was sorted out without my having to spend time on it. They did all the heavy lifting. No more than 36 hours. Nifty.

I have had activation issue for my Office Professional 2024, I reached out to the support team, they got back to me the next day with a new product key. The service is excellent, fast and very smooth, my activation issue was solved quickly with the new product key. Well, you sure can't beat the price. Unfortunately, this installation got very complicated. It may have been partly from delaying the install for a couple of months, but by the time I asked for help, I was already frustrated. The products worked, but knowing how to install them is the key. Once you contact Tech Support, it goes very well. They have their act together and very quickly will get you on the right path.
