Job Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Acquisition Account Executive to drive new logo growth in the German (DE) market, as part of our Commercial Acquisition team covering the FLAP region. This role is based in Amsterdam and operates in a hybrid model, requiring regular in-office collaboration with the broader acquisition team.
This is a pure hunter role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term customers - playing a critical role in expanding our presence in one of Europe’s most strategic markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Logo Growth: Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - focusing exclusively on net-new customers in the German market.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage C-level and senior decision-makers within target mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Solution Selling: Position a comprehensive portfolio of digital infrastructure, interconnection, and cloud-related solutions to solve complex customer challenges.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Engineers and internal stakeholders to design compelling, technically sound solutions.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead negotiations and commercial discussions to secure long-term, value-driven customer relationships.
- Seamless Handover: Transition newly acquired and stabilized customers to Account Management for ongoing growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: Strong track record in complex acquisition-focused sales, ideally within mid-market or enterprise environments.
- German Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the German business landscape; fluent in German and English.
- Technical Curiosity: A solid, practical understanding of data center, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Structured Selling Skills: Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable selling international solutions and navigating cross-border opportunities.
- Hunter Mentality: Resilient, driven, and motivated by creating opportunities from scratch and winning new business.
