    🇬🇧 We closed out the Hiring Excellence Framework Course last night at L’Epicerie in the iconic Claridge’s. Over the course of 6 weeks, senior TA leaders spent time digging into some of the challenges shaping hiring teams right now — workforce planning, AI and transformation, building RecOps functions, and how we think about metrics and reporting in a more meaningful way. It made for some really thoughtful discussion over dinner, with people sharing experiences, ideas, and lessons from inside their own organisations.
