This week we had the pleasure of welcoming the team from OSB Group to our Amsterdam HQ 🇳🇱 OSB is a UK specialist mortgage lender on a bold transformation journey. They chose Mambu to break free from legacy systems and build with real agility. What started with savings products has now successfully expanded into mortgages, a huge milestone in their journey. The day felt even more meaningful as the OSB team took a moment to recognise and thank everyone across Mambu who has helped make the journey possible so far. In an industry focused heavily on platforms, delivery, and transformation, it’s easy to forget that strong partnerships are ultimately built by people. The best outcomes happen when teams challenge each other, collaborate openly, and stay aligned through both the exciting moments and the difficult ones. Thank you Chris Healing, Samina Khan, Mark Stone, and Eve Moore for the trust, partnership, and openness throughout this journey so far. We are looking forward to continue building together.

Your AI agents are only as powerful as the systems they can actually access. Financial institutions are investing heavily in AI-driven workflows, but when it comes to connecting AI to core banking systems, things often get complicated fast: custom integrations, months of development, and middleware that’s difficult to maintain. That’s what we’re changing. With the Mambu MCP solution, AI agents get native, structured access to Mambu core banking data through the open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP). Any AI platform. Two tools. 300+ API operations. No custom middleware. No vendor lock-in. Read the blog to see the demos in action: https://lnkd.in/eiD5Rpvk

When Timo Digital Bank by BVBank decided to modernise their core, they were looking for a way to grow without the typical complexities and delays of a core replacement. They needed a platform that allowed them to innovate at speed while handling massive volume in a high-growth market. They found the answer in Mambu. The secret was a composable, cloud-native approach that removed technical debt from the equation. The results speak for themselves: - 2 months to complete the core migration - 6 months to go live - 5x growth in their customer base since the switch Today, they process tens of millions of monthly transactions and billions of API requests with ease, while continuing to meet the expectations of Vietnam’s young, digital-first customers. This is a perfect example of what happens when the infrastructure matches the vision. By working with Mambu and AWS Partners, CEO Jonas Eichhorst and his team have built a foundation that is ready for whatever the next ten years bring. See the full story here: https://lnkd.in/d7WMRngC

Imagine launching a digital lender in just 10 months with 15-minute lending decisions. That’s not wishful thinking. It's exactly what financial institutions are already achieving through Mambu's core transformation. But core transformation can mean very different things depending on your business goals, risk appetite, and timeline. For some, it’s about launching a speedboat brand to test new markets. For others, it’s building a dual-core strategy that lets legacy and a new core run side by side. There’s no one-size-fits-all path. To help you navigate this, we created "The Composable Core Playbook." It's a practical guide to five proven core transformation models used by financial institutions to modernise with confidence. If you’re going to talk about core transformation, you may as well do it in a stadium built for big moments ⚽️ At Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium, home of Atlético de Madrid, Rui Cardoso (Mambu) and Manuel Valero Martinez (Ibercaja) shared how Ibercaja built a new digital lending business from scratch with Mambu. The conversation covered faster execution, scalable growth, and building a modern core for the future. A fitting topic for a venue that knows a thing or two about ambition and reinvention. Thanks to iKN Spain for bringing the industry together at Revolution Banking: El mayor evento de banca en España.

Legacy systems are slowing product launches, absorbing the majority of IT budgets, and making real-time compliance and AI adoption almost impossible. In this piece, Louise Fahey and Jasper van den Bergen break down what legacy systems are really costing financial institutions and why doing nothing is no longer the safe option. → Have a read to see what this means in practice: https://lnkd.in/eq2Ap5g9

Core migrations take years. N26 did it in four months. In 2016, N26 needed a solution that was flexible, scalable and cost-effective. By transitioning to Mambu's composable platform, they launched on a new core in just months with zero customer disruptions. From a small startup to a banking powerhouse, N26 achieved rapid expansion on a cloud-native foundation built for scale.
