  • How we make radiopharmaceutical production and delivery more robust, productive, and safe? Meet us at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI).   We’re proud to contribute to the future of nuclear medicine and theranostics. Marije Geessinck-Kamphuis is on-site at #SNMMI and ready to connect.   We offer independent engineering consultancy in nuclear medicine, tailored to your needs and compliant with regulatory standards: ✅ Medical device development for accurate and safe isotope delivery in patients ✅ Tooling & equipment for robust radiopharmaceutical research and production ✅ Design & engineering consultancy to guide your development direction   We support every stage of the product development lifecycle, from full-system development to focused engineering support for automation in tool design, dose delivery optimization, or shielding design. Whether you need a complete solution or targeted expertise, we provide technical solutions for your complex radiation and patient environments.   Let’s connect at SNMMI and explore how we can support your mission in theranostics. Want to connect? Drop a message or contact Marije directly.   #nuclearconsulting #systemsengineering #humanfactors #iso13485 #GMP #hotcell

    • Meet Demcon life sciences & health at the SNMMI in Los Angeles. We are there to connect with nuclear medicine innovators who want to extend or outsource their R&D for medical device development or tooling and equipment development.
  • 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝘂𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 Soon, we’ll be attending the FMIR event, where we’ll tackle a pressing challenge in nuclear medicine: safely introducing alpha therapies to unlock their full potential in future cancer treatment.   Nuclear medicine is rapidly advancing, from its origins in diagnostic imaging with SPECT and PET to cutting-edge, integrated theranostic solutions. Today, radioligand therapies like Lutetium-177 are redefining personalized patient care, while next-generation alpha-emitting radiopharmaceuticals—including Actinium-225, Lead-212, and Radium-223—hold the promise of highly targeted and effective tumor destruction. Unlocking this potential requires integrated innovation throughout the entire workflow, including production, handling, logistics, dosimetry, clinical research and use.   At FMIR, the collaboration between producers and users will be the starting point for a broader conversation. We’ll explore innovation in nuclear medicine from multiple angles, connecting clinical advancements with their effects on radiation exposure for producers, users and patients. Additionally, we’ll introduce the pivotal role of human centered design in ensuring the safe and practical adoption of innovative radiopharmaceuticals. Together with Marcel Stokkel (NRG PALLAS / AVL), Gerwin Sandker (NRG PALLAS) and Otmar Klaas (Demcon Life Sciences & Health). KALCIO Healthcare 💡 Curious about this three-part perspective? This work is partly supported by the #Eurostars programme, an international initiative funding innovative R&D collaborations.   The goal of this work is to generate the clinical evidence needed to support 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. #MellonMedical #TheSwitch #AbdominalWall #Surgery #ClinicalEvidence #MedTech #IncisionalHernia #Healthcare
