Next Thursday, 21 May, I’ll be speaking at the AI Meetup XL at High Tech Campus Eindhoven about a topic that is becoming increasingly important for Europe: AI Sovereignty. A lot of the current conversation focuses on infrastructure, compute and models. Those layers matter. But in my view, AI sovereignty only becomes truly relevant when organizations are able to turn their own data, domain knowledge and processes into real AI applications. That is the perspective I’ll bring to the stage from Datacation: how AI sovereignty becomes tangible in the application layer - and what it takes to move from generic AI adoption to strategic AI that is built around what is uniquely yours. Inmiddels wordt op basis van dezelfde techniek ook bij Bibliotheek Rotterdam gewerkt aan een bredere AI-assistent voor bibliotheekvragen.
