At agap2 Netherlands, we recently hosted 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 — an initiative where our consultants take the stage to share their expertise, experiences, and lessons learned with one another. We kicked the session off with the Troika Consulting method, where participants collaboratively explored challenges faced across different client environments. What makes these sessions special is the willingness of colleagues to openly exchange ideas, insights, and practical experiences. Continuous learning and knowledge sharing are at the heart of strong teams, and it’s great to see that culture growing within our organization. Thanks to everyone who contributed and participated, and looking forward to the next session already!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming several of our consultants to our HQ in Amsterdam. While we collaborate across locations every day, having time in the office gives us real conversations, spontaneous ideas, and stronger connections. Moments like these remind us that great work is built not only on expertise, but also on relationships. Looking forward to more days like this🙂
