TIEC, Inc. (Texas International Engineering Consultants) offers energy-industry vendor surveillance and third-party inspection services, as well as quality management system development, quality auditing and training services. The collaboration joins PPI's existing global footprint with TIEC's global service offerings, expanding the services available to customers across the world.
