Titel erzählen nie die ganze Geschichte. Ich bin Chief Corporate Affairs Officer und Mitglied der Geschäftsführung bei Gi Group Holding. Dieser Titel beschreibt aber nur einen Teil dessen, was mich antreibt und wie ich arbeite. Zuallererst bin ich Change Enabler. Veränderung bedeutet für mich nicht nur Transformation auf dem Papier, sondern Menschen mitzunehmen, Orientierung zu geben und neue Perspektiven möglich zu machen. Gerade in dynamischen Zeiten braucht es Offenheit, Vertrauen und den Mut, Dinge neu zu denken. Daneben bin ich Reputation Architect. Wahrnehmung und Vertrauen entstehen nicht zufällig – sie wachsen durch glaubwürdige Kommunikation, klare Werte und nachhaltige Beziehungen. Für mich bedeutet das, Vertrauen aufzubauen und unser Unternehmen authentisch nach innen und außen zu positionieren. Und - last but not least - bin ich ein echter Networking Enthusiast. Denn die besten Ideen entstehen dort, wo Menschen miteinander ins Gespräch kommen. Netzwerke sind für mich weit mehr als Kontakte – sie leben von echtem Austausch, gegenseitigem Lernen und langfristigen Verbindungen. Ontem, dia 23 de abril, estivemos no Porto com alguns dos nossos clientes para um momento de partilha dedicado a um tema cada vez mais central na gestão de pessoas: a transparência salarial. A sessão contou com o contributo de Sofia Contente, Legal Executive Manager na Gi Group Holding, que apresentou o enquadramento legal, e com a participação de Ana Paula Silva, Process Manager Onsite na Gi Group, e Maria Amélia Brito, que dinamizaram a discussão, abordando os principais desafios e implicações práticas para as organizações. Num contexto em que as exigências do mercado evoluem e a regulamentação se torna mais clara, as organizações enfrentam novos desafios, mas também novas oportunidades para reforçar a confiança, a equidade e a atratividade junto do talento. Este encontro, promovido pela nossa euqipa Onsite, foi um espaço de diálogo aberto, onde diferentes perspetivas ajudaram a enriquecer a reflexão sobre o impacto da transparência salarial nas empresas e nos profissionais.
