TVS VENU TO TAKE A STAKE IN JANA SMALL FINANCE BANK   TVS VENU has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Jana Small Finance Bank Limited through a combination of primary issuance of warrants and a secondary purchase for an equity ownership of up to 9.9% on a fully diluted basis, which includes 4.9% to be owned by TVS Motor Company, subject to all applicable approvals.    TVS VENU has a long-standing presence in India’s financial services sector through TVS Credit Services, a leading Non-Banking Financial Companies offering consumer and retail loans to millions of customers across India. It has also signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% stake in PGIM India Asset Management. The investment in Jana Small Finance Bank (“Jana”) will allow for mutual collaboration in various areas for the long-term success of the Bank, subject to applicable laws.    Jana has an established presence in mass retail and MSME banking, a strong growing secured lending base and a national distribution footprint. With over 12 million customers served, 822 outlets across 23 states and 2 Union Territories, and advances and deposits of over Rs. 35,000 crore each as of March 31, 2026, the Bank offers a strong platform for long-term participation in India’s credit, savings, and investment growth. TVS VENU operates as an institutional platform to build, anchor and scale globally respected businesses focused on mobility, financial services, real estate, and lifestyle sectors. TVS Motor Records 30% growth in Revenue and 40% growth in Operating PBT in FY 2025-26 - Highest ever sales of 5.9 Mn units and Revenue of Rs. 47,270 Crs in FY26 - Q4 EBITDA is higher at 13.1%; Q4 Revenue is highest at Rs. 12,808 Crs    TVS Motor Company posted highest ever revenue for the financial year 2025-26 at Rs. 47,270 Crores registering a growth of 30% as against  Rs. 36,251 Crores recorded in 2024-25. Operating EBITDA for the year at 12.9% improved by 60 bps over the last year. We are proud to announce that the TVS Apache Racing Experience (ARE) GP has reached an incredible milestone: the completion of its first international season. What started in 2007 as a way to honour the racing DNA of the TVS Apache brand has evolved into a global motorsport platform built on access, structure, and inclusivity. As of today, the platform has engaged over 4000 individuals. Between June 2025 and March 2026, ARE GP travelled across India, Mexico, Colombia, and Nepal, engaging over 1100 participants across more than 20 cities. The season concluded at the Madras International Circuit in Chennai, bringing together 60 finalists, 45 media riders, and over 500 racing enthusiasts and customers. The ARE GP is about opening doors in motorsport. Participants reached the finish line after structured on-track training led by TVS Racing champions, focused on braking techniques, cornering precision, racing body language, race discipline, and track manners. Customer categories included TVS Apache RTR 160cc / RTR 180cc, TVS Apache 200cc, and TVS Apache 310cc. Media categories featured the first-ever Women’s category, alongside Men’s and Expert categories, further strengthening the inclusivity of the platform. ASTRA – Born to Shine. Built to Lead. has successfully concluded its first journey at TVS Motor Company. ASTRA is designed to strengthen gender diversity and build a strong leadership pipeline by enabling more women to step into strategic and influential roles. The inaugural batch brought together 18 women leaders for a four-month immersive experience focused on self-discovery, strategic leadership and personal influence. The programme blended classroom learning with case-based simulations, peer interactions, one-on-one coaching and engagements with industry experts. It covered key areas such as emotional intelligence, decision making, customer centricity, change management, AI and analytics, and financial thinking. What this really means is simple. ASTRA goes beyond capability building. It is about creating the space for leaders to reflect, grow and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
