Paytm has introduced Pocket Money, a new feature that allows teenagers to make UPI payments through parent-linked accounts without needing their own bank account. Built on the UPI Circle framework, the feature lets parents set spending limits, track transactions in real time, pause access instantly, and manage controls directly through the Paytm app. Teen users can use the feature for everyday spends such as metro rides, food delivery, shopping, gaming subscriptions, and recharges. Transactions are capped at ₹5,000, with a monthly limit of ₹15,000.
