Apollo Tyres closed FY26 on a strong note, driven by resilient performance across key segments and geographies. For FY26, the company announced a total dividend of ₹6 per share, including an interim dividend of ₹3.50 already paid during the year. The Board has further recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval. The India business continued to witness healthy momentum, particularly in the Replacement and OE segments, with strong growth in truck-bus radial category. European Operations remained steady amid broader market conditions.
