I am extremely disappointed with both the app and the customer service.
I have been having a serious issue that is directly affecting customers trying to book appointments. This is not a small inconvenience. It is causing real problems for my business and creating confusion for customers who are trying to schedule with us.
The worst part is that the problem happens inside their app and also on two different browsers, so clearly this is not just one browser acting up. But instead of actually looking into the issue, testing anything, or asking for details that would help troubleshoot it, customer service simply brushed me off and blamed my browser.
That is not support. That is avoidance.
When a booking system has problems, it affects real customers, real appointments, and real income. I expected the company to take the issue seriously, especially when the same problem happens across multiple platforms. Instead, they made me feel like they just wanted to close the conversation and move on.
No real investigation. No real troubleshooting. No effort to see if it could be a system issue. Just “it must be your browser.”
That is unacceptable for a business tool that people depend on.
If your business relies on customers booking appointments smoothly, be careful. When something goes wrong, you may not get the help you need.

I tried to get some help from the online chat, but the guy was hopeless. I asked if Dippal could help me set up my profile, as I had seen other peoples reviews where they were helped to set it up. He didnt seem to understand what I wanted and kept reviewing me to a video. Such a waste of time
