Use the New Project dialog box to create a new SSMA project. To access the New Project dialog box, on the File menu, click New Project.
Name
Enter the name of the project. SSMA will append the file extension.
Location
Enter or browse to the folder or network location to save the project.
MigrateTo
Select one of the target database version from below list

SQL Azure
Important
A new project of 'SQL Azure' type requires, SQL Server Native Client (SNAC) version 10.5 or above to link Access tables to SQL Azure database.
You can obtain the latest version of SNAC from Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 R2 Feature Pack.
